What Can you Look forward to While Detoxing?
Hi there! I just wanted to share with you some of the symptoms you might be experiencing during a detox program. This is also known as a healing crisis.
You may feel fatigued, going to the bathroom often, overactive sinus drainage, fluctuating emotions, flatulence and many other symptoms where people give up and think their detox program is not working.
The truth is the opposite. It IS working and as your body purifies itself and rids itself of the toxins that have been harboring so long it is totally NORMAL to feel these things.
Take care of yourself during this process, get the rest you need and pamper yourself with salt baths, essential oils, FRESH juices, herbal teas and playing outside in the sunshine...don't forget to take your shoes off as well! Mother Earth has a way of detoxifying you if you give Her a chance. :-)
