Only 4 ingredients!!! So you can make this in a QUICK HURRY for your erratic chocolate cravings...and STILL be healthy!

Organic cacao chips, organic unsulphered coconut, organic peanut butter with ONLY peanuts and RAW organic cashews...........
Yup, That's it!
Melt the cacao chips in a sauce pan...stir in peanut butter, coconut and nuts of your choice....and voila!
IF you can control yourself from devouring it nice and warm and creamy..............then you will spoon on to wax paper and put in fridge and eat later.
I personally CAN'T wait....HAHAHAAH And you will see why!
Better than ANY fudge or unhealthy chocolate treat I have EVER made after 25 years of baking!
And easier! It literally is done in LESS than 5 minutes!!!
Also, if you want to take it a step up, feel free to add some flax seed or chia seeds. This is super delicious and you'll have an extra "shot" of protein and not feel guilty about the chocolate! :-)

all organic: tapioca flour, brown rice flour, coconut flour, almond flour, dates, unsulphered coconut, carrots, coconut oil, dried sugar cane, sea salt and baking soda, vanilla......cacao chips and walnuts...
approximately.....1 and 1/4 coconut oil....approx 3/4 cup tapioca and almond flour (each), approximately 1/2 coconut flour, approximately 1/4 cup brown rice flour.....3 carrots, approximately 1/2 cup coconut, about 10 dates..................teaspoon sea salt, soda and vanilla.........
approximately 1 and 1/2 cup cacao chips....70% and approximately 3/4 cup walnuts....
about 3/4 cup of the dried sugar cane
Method:
First process the dates, carrots (assuming that your nut flour is already ground up.)
Add Coconut Oil and blend. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and scoop out on your cookie sheets. Bake at 350. :-)

What to do with your nut milk?
Make cookies! Of course! :-) of course there is much more you can do with it, but this is one way that is sure to put a smile on your families face!
Carob Peanut Butter brownie cake cookies!
Made these with my almond milk pulp.
I made my almond milk with about 1.5 cups of raw organic almonds with part of an organic whole vanilla bean, cinnamon, anise and some coconut milk powder.
With the pulp after draining I mixed in about a cup or so of organic peanut butter, about half a cup of organic and PURE maple syrup, about half a cup of organic carob powder, about 1.4 cup of organic dehydrated sugar cane, about a quarter cup each of the tapioca and coconut flour. About 2/3 cup of organic oats and baked.

just put some apples and a pear in a blender, with a dash of lemon juice to help it not go brown and some cinnamon, dash of water. :-)
This is just the basic variation, but feel free to get creative and add any other fruit or flavoring you might like! Persimmons are great to add too! :-)
