Yummus Hummus! :-)
Who doesn't love a good hummus? I like the basic version, but feel free to add from here. This is how I make mine:
Soak organic garbanzos over night.
Next day boil until soft. Strain and set some water aside.
Pour beans in blender with whole bulb of garlic, juice of one or two lemons, olive oil and or sesame oil (black walnut is delicious too!), Organic Tahini, a little water that you just boiled the beans in, sea salt, tumeric, cayenne and cumin. :-)

Black Bean Hummus
You can pretty much do this with ANY bean you like! Black beans, lentils, garbanzos, even split peas! :-)

Black beans, tons of garlic, fresh red peppers (I used cayenne and jalepeno), sea salt, cumin, tahini (fresh roasted sesame seeds pureed), fresh oregano, olive oil
top with green onions and cilantro, raw cheese if you like...

tomatoes, yellow onions, green onions/chives, garlic, cilantro, cayenne and or jalepeno and or poblano or serrano, green and or red peppers, cumin, sea salt, pepper

FRESH pineapple, FRESH mango, FRESH green onions, FRESH red onion, FRESH red bell pepper (yellow and orange too if you like), FRESH garlic, FRESH jalepeno, FRESH cilantro, FRESH mint leaves, FRESH lime juice

2 peppers (cayene and jalepeno)
1 cup tahini
Juice of 1 + lemons to taste
large "dash" cayenne
"dash" turmeric
"dash" cumin
1/2 Cupish olive oil
sea salt to taste
1 cup or more to taste of home made salsa
